Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Janki Resort & Marriage Hall, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Janki Resort & Marriage Hall.
• A booking deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made as per the agreed schedule before the event date.
• Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent from the management.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing and confirmed by the management.

4. Event Conduct and Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.
• The client is responsible for any damage to the property or facilities caused by guests or vendors.
• Janki Resort & Marriage Hall reserves the right to refuse service or remove any person(s) who behave inappropriately.
• All events must comply with local laws and regulations, including noise ordinances and fire safety requirements.

5. Liability and Insurance

• Janki Resort & Marriage Hall is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or equipment brought onto the premises.
• Clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their event, including liability insurance if required.
• The resort is not responsible for any injuries sustained on the premises, except in cases of proven negligence by the resort.

6. Vendor and External Services

• Clients may use external vendors, but all vendors must be approved by the management in advance.
• External vendors must provide proof of insurance and comply with all resort policies.
• Janki Resort & Marriage Hall is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or performance of external vendors.

7. Force Majeure

Janki Resort & Marriage Hall shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

8. Modifications to Terms

Janki Resort & Marriage Hall reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar.
