Submitting an enquiry or booking request through this website does not reserve a date. A date is held only once we have confirmed it with you directly and received the agreed advance payment.

Until confirmation, any date shown as available on this website remains available to other guests.

An advance of [PERCENTAGE]% of the agreed event charge is payable to confirm a booking. The balance is payable by [TIMEFRAME] before the event date.

Payment methods accepted and receipt arrangements will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Where we are unable to host your event for reasons within our control, the full advance will be refunded.

One date change is permitted at no charge if requested more than [DAYS] days before the event and subject to availability. Later changes are treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

The guest count agreed at booking determines the layout, catering and staffing arranged for your event. Please tell us as soon as possible if it changes materially.

For safety, the venue may decline entry beyond the agreed capacity for your chosen layout.

The person named on the booking is responsible for damage caused to the property, fittings or equipment by their guests, vendors or contractors during the event.

The venue is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the property. Please arrange your own cover for valuables, gifts and jewellery.

You are welcome to bring your own decorators, caterers and photographers, subject to prior notice. External vendors must comply with venue timings and safety rules.

Guests are asked to respect the property, the staff and neighbouring residents. Music and amplified sound must observe local regulations and any timing agreed at booking.

The venue may end an event where conduct puts people or property at risk.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform where prevented by events outside reasonable control, including natural disaster, government restriction, civil disturbance or utility failure. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule.

We collect your name, phone number, email address and event details in order to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking. We do not sell this information or share it for marketing.

We may photograph the venue for our own promotion. We will not publish photographs identifying you or your guests without your permission.
